PowerMeeter provides a recorded video interviewing platform which allows recruiters to significantly reduce the time and costs involved in screening candidates to produce a shortlist.
I led PowerMeeter for six months as a classic interim in 2013 taking over after the launch MD had moved on. With little money left in the bank an existing shareholder provided bridging funds and we went on to raise an additional angel round – in part through Seedrs – with existing shareholders following on. We moved to a freemium product model and I led both the doubling of the size of the team and hired a successor from within my network.
