I launched TwentyEA as a specialist brand within TwentyCi to focus on data, intelligence and marketing solutions for estate agents. Starting with the provision of data feeds to the largest of estate agents we rolled out consulting propositions, predictive analytics to help our clients target consumers most likely to be moving house in the coming months and a range of SaaS solutions to allow branch managers to both understand what was going on in their local markets and to target potential clients in an effective and efficient manner.
Scaling the team to around 20 people TwentyEA now counts 12 of the top 20 estate agents in the UK as their clients as well as hundreds of one office agencies and has been profitable from its first month of operation.
