I look to solve difficult digital problems in turbulent environments. I work in SaaS, media, telco and web businesses both B2B and B2C. I’ve specialised in market places and in businesses with subscription products. At the bottom of this page are some of the issues that I’ve worked on in the past.
Generally I will work full time in the client company, on site as a line manager with day to day responsibility for the operations, with day to day contact with your existing teams. I make things happen by being there with you, right in the thick of it, not shouting from the sidelines.
My fee package can be structured to be time or outcome related, or a combination of the two.
My ideal client is a company going through significant amounts of change; this could be related to organic growth or it could be the result of some sort of transformation. They are either in the technology space and/or are looking to introduce a large element of digital into their operations. Their business is complicated, fast moving and in order to be successful they need to move rapidly to achieve their goals.
